Red Mountain Lakeside Elopement | Amanda + James | Ouray, Colorado

Amanda and James traveled from Arizona to elope in Ouray. We met downtown at a local salon as Amanda finished her hair and makeup. They had their first look at a local waterfall, followed by a photo session at an old mining ghost town, on the way to their ceremony next to a beautiful high alpine lake.

James had a wedding song made for Amanda, which shared their love story. The lyrics included them sharing their first dance at the lake with the red mountains. We were all in tears as they danced to the song. Amanda wiped the tears from James’ eyes as the song came to an end… This is one that I will always remember.
